At Blue Shield Promise, we believe that individuals who rely on Medi-Cal should receive excellent service. We provide comprehensive coverage, attention, and access to a network of respected doctors, specialists, and hospitals for our members' healthcare needs.

*Note that effective January 1, 2023, Cal MediConnect (CMC) plans were discontinued throughout California. Blue Shield Promise has transitioned former CMC members in Los Angeles and San Diego counties who are eligible for dual coverage, to exclusively aligned enrollment (EAE) plans, called Total Dual (HMO-DSNP) plans.

As a Blue Shield Promise network provider, you can access member eligibility, claims, and authorizations information online. You will need to create an account on our Provider Connection website to access these resources.
