If you are new to Blue Shield of California’s provider portal, Provider Connection, and are not yet registered with a portal account, join this webinar to learn how to get online, navigate the website, and use time-saving tools for eligibility and benefits, authorizations, claims, and more. Providers familiar with Provider Connection are also encouraged to attend to learn about newly released features and enhancements.

In one short hour, we'll cover how to:

• Register for and navigate the website
• Attest/update provider demographic information
• Generate a member roster
• Verify member eligibility
• Determine if authorization is required
• Submit claims, check status, and view EOBs

We'll also provide time for your questions.

Provider Dispute Resolution (PDR) Training Office Hours

Blue Shield Promise providers are invited to join us for Provider Dispute Resolution (PDR) Training Office Hours from 1:30 p.m. to 2 p.m. PT on the third Wednesday of each month. To attend any of these monthly Q&A sessions online, please register.

During Office Hours, we will answer general questions about the PDR process, requirements, and best practices.

Office Hours sessions will NOT cover case-specific or member-specific inquiries, individual provider disputes, claim determinations, or active cases.
