Pharmacy Directory

With over 5,740 pharmacies, our pharmacy network includes all major chains and numerous other retail pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area.

To find a retail pharmacy that participates in your selected Medicare Advantage – Prescription Drug Plan or Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, use the Find a Pharmacy locator tool below to search for a pharmacy by name, city, state and ZIP code.

Alternatively, you can download our pharmacy lists here:

You can also learn about and get contact details for the Preferred Pharmacies and Specialty Pharmacies in our network, as well as the Mail Service Pharmacy.

Find a Pharmacy

If you would like to search for a pharmacy or pharmacies in your area, please use the Pharmacy Locator below. The Pharmacy Locator will display pharmacies by pharmacy name, address, telephone number, and pharmacy type. If you have questions, require assistance in selecting a participating pharmacy, or would like to inquire about the most current pharmacy network information, please call Member Services at (800) 776-4466 [TTY (800) 794-1099] 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, from October 1, through February 14. However, after February 14, your call will be handled by our automated phone system on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

The pharmacy directory is current as of the "Update Date" above. The pharmacy listing in the directory does not guarantee that the pharmacy is still in the network.

Preferred Pharmacies are pharmacies in our network in which our plan has negotiated lower cost-sharing for its plan members for covered prescription drugs than at Other Network Pharmacies.

However, you will still have access to lower drug prices at these Other Network Pharmacies than at out-of-network pharmacies.

You may go to either of these types of network pharmacies to receive your covered prescription drugs.

Preferred Pharmacies offer a 90-day supply of covered prescription drugs at the cost of two 30-day supplies. You may still receive an extended supply of drugs at Other Network Pharmacies; however, you may not receive the discounted price.
