Member Advisory Committee

The Blue Shield Promise Health Plan Member Advisory Committee meets quarterly every calendar year. The committee members can include Blue Shield Promise Health Plan staff, members receiving care from Blue Shield Promise Health Plan, family members or other caregivers of members. The Member Advisory Committee will present issues or idea related to customer care for feedback and will often invite state or community stakeholders to present on other topics of interest.
