Are you a new mom or mom-to-be?

We offer a free mobile app that can help guide you through your pregnancy. It also helps with the first two years of your baby’s life. The app is called DueDatePlusbyBSCPromise. It is available to Blue Shield Promise Medi-Cal members in San Diego and Los Angeles Counties in English and Spanish.

How to use it

You can use DueDatePlusbyBSCPromise to look up symptoms and issues you may have during pregnancy. You can view ultrasound videos, set reminders, and find local resources. The app has tips for new parents and developmental milestones for babies. The app sends daily affirmations to help you stay positive. You can add your partner and family members so they can follow along on their own mobile device. By downloading DueDatePlusbyBSCPromise and entering your member ID, you may qualify for a member incentive.
