If you need skilled nursing facility or home health care, you will receive the highest level of benefits when you access these services from providers in our preferred network. Most of our plans require prior authorization for home healthcare services provided by providers who are not in our network. Your physician can help you obtain approval for these services and can arrange for your admission to a skilled nursing facility or for the provision of your home health care.
