You can request personal counseling sessions with a licensed therapist at no additional cost. You’re eligible for three personal counseling sessions in any six-month period to help with many different concerns, including marriage and relationship issues, work stress, grief, and loss.
You have access to one 60-minute consultation per issue per year with an attorney or mediator for legal matters such as divorce, trusts, civil issues, criminal cases, will preparation, adoption, landlord and tenant issues. After the first consult, you will receive a 25% or greater discount off the hourly fee.
Two 30-minute telephone consultations per issue per year are available to you for financial needs such as income tax preparation, retirement planning, budgeting, investing, home loans and mortgages, and college funding.
You’re eligible for unlimited consultations for referrals and resources to hundreds of needs, such as child and elder care, parenting resources, education and career development, after-school programs, meal programs, transportation assistance, relocation assistance, and caregiver support.
Identity theft assistance
You’re eligible for a 60-minute telephone consultation with a specialist who can help restore identity and credit, dispute fraudulent debts and help prevent future identity theft occurrences. An ID Theft Emergency Response KitSM is available to you at no extra cost.

Any costs associated with using the community resources are the responsibility of the member. Legal consults involving disputes with your employer (or other work-related issues) are excluded.
