When will the newly redesigned IFP Off Exchange Quotes & Applications be available?

Do I need to do anything with pending or in-progress applications as of May 8th 2025?
Brokers need to complete pending applications by May 8th.
If you have pending applications in our enrollment system, you must take action before May 8. On this date, we will transition to a new system, and any in-progress applications will not carry over.
To avoid delays, complete and submit any pending applications prior to May 8. Otherwise, a new application will need to be initiated in the updated system.
Will I be able to access in-progress applications starting May 9th 2025 on the current IFP enrollment system?
No - brokers will not be able to access IFP client applications that were in-progress as of May 8th.
How can I access the new IFP enrollment tool?
After logging into Broker Connection, under Individual & Family Top Nav Menu, navigate to Off Exchange Quotes & Applications. You will be brought to the Overview page for the new and improved IFP enrollment tool.
How can I start a quote for my IFP client?
Once you've navigated to the Quotes & Applications Overview page, click on the 'New quote' button to start a quote for your IFP client.
How can I start a new application for my IFP client?
If you are not yet logged in, from the IFP Top Navigation, click on 'Start Enrollment', you will be prompted to login and will be redirected to start a new application for your client.
If you are already logged in, from the IFP Top Navigation, click on Off Exchange Quotes & Applications. From this Overview page, click on 'New application'.
How can I track my client's application?
Once you've navigated to the Quotes & Applications Overview page, you will land on a default view of quotes and applications in varying statuses (e.g. In Progress, Submitted, Processing, etc).
Where can I learn more about the different enrollment statuses?
Once you've navigated to the Quotes & Applications 'Applications’ tab, click on the 'Status key' hyperlink to view definitions of the various IFP Off Exchange enrollment statuses.
Does an application expire?
An application will expire on the last day of the enrollment period that the plan is being offered, for SEP or Special Enrollment Period, the quote will expire 11/20/2025.
Is there any change to my personalized/custom URL?
There is no change to your IFP Off Exchange custom URL. You can access your custom URL from Resources Top Nav Menu, click on 'Personalize your website', and copy the URL listed under 'Your IFP link' section.
