Upon confirmation of enrollment in Medicare Supplement Plan G Inspire, members can activate the Independence and Safe Mobility with AAA benefit by contacting AAA toll-free at (844) 951-2100 (TTY: 711), 9:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week.
Members will receive onboarding instructions from Blue Shield on how to activate the Independence and Safe Mobility with AAA benefit.
To be eligible for the Independence and Safe Mobility with AAA Special Supplemental Benefit for the Chronically Ill (SSBCI), you must have one or more select chronic conditions. Please refer to the “Attestation for Independence and Safe Mobility with AAA Special Supplemental Benefit for the Chronically Ill” (SSBCI) form for the list of chronic conditions and instructions on how to complete and submit the form to Blue Shield of California.
