- Blue Shield offers digital health literacy support through a survey you can take to help us understand where we can improve. Fill out the survey and send it back to us. We also offer a Blue Shield Health Literacy webinar and tutorial. If you need more help, call Customer Service at the number on your Blue Shield member ID card.
- The National Council on Aging will offer free digital literacy courses in English or Spanish that may help improve your digital literacy skills and access. You can also visit Connected California to find more trainings, classes, and resources. Connected California has programs that offer low to no cost electronic devices, internet, and phone services. For help in person or over the phone, visit or call your local library. California libraries have programs and resources that can help you navigate the digital world.
