Just follow these three easy steps:
Step 1: Review and suggest
Our Small group online renewal tool helps you decide if your clients should stay with their plan or move to a new one. You can create a new quote from our portfolio of ACA-compliant plans.
Step 2: Take action
If a client renews with their current plan, you just instruct them to pay their bill. If your client wants to make a change, use the Small group online renewal tool to submit the request.
Step 3: Complete open enrollment
Use Employer Connection to complete your member level changes.

Member-level changes on Employer Connection can be accessed 60 days prior to a group's renewal period. For example, if the renewal period is December 1, then member-level changes can be made on Employer Connection on October 1.
