Follow the steps below to get a copy of your provider directory, using the Find a doctor tool to look up doctors and facilities near you. Download your provider search results or have them emailed to you.
1. Go to find a doctor tool from the Blue Shield of California home page
2. Enter your search location
3. Select your desired plan
4. Enter a doctor name, specialty type, or condition type and select from drop down
5. Results are listed. Apply any filters to narrow results from the left hand column.
6. Select "Save Results"
7. Email or download your result directory by clicking send or download
8. Click on result card to view doctor or facility profile pages
