SilverSneakers^®

SilverSneakers^® is a fitness program designed to help Medicare-eligible members improve their strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. It includes a complimentary membership to over 14,000 participating gym and fitness locations, including women-only locations. To qualify, members must be Medicare-eligible and have a Medicare Supplement or Medicare Advantage-Prescription Drug plan.

All Blue Shield members can save 20% on the following services and materials at participating providers whether or not they have vision care benefits through Blue Shield.

QualSight LASIK

Members in California saved an average of $1,200 per LASIK surgery and over $800 on procedures such as Custom Bladeless (all laser) LASIK.
