All Blue Shield PPO plans are available with our Full PPO network or our Tandem PPO network and include providers in all 58 California counties.
PPO savings plans
PPO savings plans are high-deductible health plans that are compatible with health savings accounts (HSAs). These plans can be an excellent fit for cost-conscious groups.
Virtual Blue
This virtual-first plan offers high-value, high-satisfaction coverage with integrated virtual primary, behavioral, and specialty care. Employees also have the option to seek in-person care when preferred.
Mirror PPO plans
Our Mirror PPO plans are identical to the plans that Blue Shield offers through Covered California for Small Business (CCSB). Mirror PPO plans use the same full PPO network as off-exchange plans.
