PPO Savings Plans
PPO Savings Plans are Health Savings Account (HSA)-compatible, high-deductible health plans. These plans can be an excellent fit for cost-conscious members who are looking for ways to make each health-coverage dollar work harder. Our PPO Savings plans can be used in conjunction with establishing an HSA to gain tax benefits for qualified members.* All PPO Savings plans include pharmacy coverage.

PPO Savings Embedded Deductible plans (qualified high-deductible health plans)
A deductible for each family member, leading up to a family deductible total. Each individual family member needs to meet his or her own deductible until the family has reached its maximum family deductible.

PPO Savings Two-Tier plans (qualified high-deductible health plans)
These plans replace the existing aggregate deductible plans and are fully compliant with AB1305 for 2017, with a “two-tier” embedded deductible model that helps individuals in a family reach their deductible and 100% benefit coverage. Each is a high-deductible health plan (HDHP)*, offered with full network coverage, that can be paired with an HSA, HRA, HIA, FSA and LPFSA.* Learn more about these account-based health plans.
