Summary of Benefits (SOB)

Our pre-sale benefit summaries for non-grandfathered medical and pharmacy plans will be retired and replaced by the SOB, which provides a convenient, detailed summary of our medical plan coverage options for your clients. The SOB will also be included in the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) / Policy to ensure the benefits are described consistently in pre-sale and post-sale documents for your clients. Our dental and vision plans will continue offering the benefit summaries document.
