The customer service call center will be open to support new and renewing Individual & Family plan customers. While customer service representatives will not have access to plan information during outages, they can answer questions about website availability. They are also happy to schedule a callback for you.

  • Employer Group Member Services: Members covered by an employer group plan can call the number on the back of their Blue Shield ID cards for assistance.

  • Medicare Advantage Member Services: (800) 776-4466 [TTY 711]. Please note, your call will be handled by our automated phone system on weekends and holidays.
