Benefits

To find information about a medical benefit, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Benefits" tab at the top of the page
2. Scroll down and click on "Medical Benefits"

You'll get a page with an overview of your medical benefits put into categories. Simply click on a benefit category to see the services that are available.

For information about a Blue Shield dental benefit, follow these steps:

1. First check your EOC (Evidence of Coverage) or COI (Certificate of Insurance). You may find your answer there. (See below for more information.)
2. If you still have a question please call our dental plan administrator at (800) 585-8111. If you are outside of California, please call (800) 323-7201.

For information about a Blue Shield vision benefit, follow these steps:  

1. First check your EOC (Evidence of Coverage) or COI (Certificate of Insurance). You may find your answer there. (See below for more information.)
2. If you still have a question please call our vision plan administrator at (877) 601-9083.

How do I get to the Benefit Details page?

Once you've gone to the "Medical Benefits" page and chosen a benefit category (see How to Find a Medical, Dental or Vision Benefit), you'll find available services beneath each category or subcategory.
